On earlier versions of these units the board screws may have been attached with only either nylon lock nuts or flange nuts. It is possible that these nuts were coming loose or were not holding the deck to the frame appropriately. Get 2 bolts p/n:013250, 4 rubber washers p/n: 296048, 2 flat washers p/n: 152478, and 2 lock nuts p/n: 100427. These parts should be installed by following the following procedure.
1. Place the deck bolt down through the board and the frame.
2. Place 2 rubber washers on the deck bolts under the board and the frame.
3. Place 1 flat washer on each side.
4. Attach then tighten the nylon lock nuts (Be careful not to over tighten the lock nuts)
Thanks for sharing this. I recently had to get some elliptical repair parts because it just stopped working all of the sudden. I'm glad I did because it's running like new now.
