NTEL00607 Key number 57, the bolts are too soft causing the threads and heads of the bolts to strip. This allows the upper body arms to loosen .

QC will look at deeper heads on Allen bolts. QC has asked for harder bolts but has not been able to identify that a harder bolt has been provided. QC will make sure a grade 8 bolt is called out and will see if a deeper head will be available. R&D will need to call out these changes.
