NTL08009 Rear roller bolts are backing out causing the walking belt to slip or loosen.

The washer configuration for the rear roller bolt is being changed. Icon is testing an adhesive that will prevent loosening. Part number 189861 has been provided as an interim corrective action to this problem. Icon is testing a bolt with a serrated head that might replace current bolt. The new bolt will not require any additional washers.
