The washer configuration for the rear roller bolt is being changed. Icon is testing an adhesive that will prevent loosening. Part number 189861 has been provided as an interim corrective action to this problem. Icon is testing a bolt with a serrated head that might replace current bolt. The now bolt will not require any additional washers.
